Night Shuttle Driver (CDL A – Doubles) – Elmhurst, IL

This role is a night-shift shuttle position, starting at our hub in Elmhurst, IL, traveling to Grand Rapids, MI and then ends at Elmhurst, IL. Primary Responsibilities: Run doubles (linehaul shuttle) between Elmhurst, IL and Grand Rapids, MI Safely operate a CDL-A vehicle safely and professionally (including manual transmission tractors) Maintain accurate logs and trip documentation Follow all DOT, FMCSA, and company safety requirements Communicate clearly with Transportation management and hub team Schedule: Sunday through Thursday night Home daily Typical hours: 7:00 PM – 5:00 AM 45–55 hours/week approximately Time and a half over 40 hours Paid orientation and training in Grand Rapids, MI Pay: $30.15 per hour including incentive Time and a half after 40 hours Quarterly safety bonus Monthly incentives available Benefits: Available after 90 days and include: Medical insurance Dental insurance Vision insurance 401(k) with company match — 50% match up to 6% Life insurance Free short-term disability for associates enrolled in the medical plan Requirements: Valid Class A CDL Doubles/Triples endorsement (or be able to obtain prior to hire) Ability to operate a manual transmission Ability to pass DOT physical, drug screening Ability to lift up to 70 lbs (as needed) Strong communication and basic math skills Clean driving record Must live in or near Elmhurst, IL Reliable transportation to report to work New hires complete one week of paid training/orientation in Grand Rapids which includes paid mileage, lodging and meals.
