Responsibilities
• Select orders using pick sheets, focusing primarily on small, lightweight baby products such as clothing, onesies, binkies, accessories, bottles, and other baby care items.
• Accurately assemble product kits based on specific order requirements and instructions.
• Double-check order accuracy before packing to ensure all items, quantities, and product types are correct.
• Pack orders into appropriately sized boxes, including proper arrangement of items and secure taping of boxes for shipment.
• Label packages correctly and prepare completed orders for outbound shipping according to warehouse protocols.
• Verify product counts and inspect items for quality, completeness, and any visible defects before packing.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and efficient work area throughout the shift.
• Follow all safety procedures and warehouse protocols, including proper handling of products and equipment.
• Collaborate with team members and supervisors to meet daily production and accuracy goals.
• Support general warehouse operations as needed, including picking, packing, shipping, and receiving activities.
Work Environment
The role is based in a modern, brand-new warehouse facility designed for efficient order selection and packing. The primary schedule for this position is night shift, running from 7:30 p.m. to 6:00 a.m., Monday through Thursday. Other shifts in the facility include a day shift from 7:00 a.m. to 5:30 p.m., Monday through Thursday, and a weekend shift from 6:00 a.m. to 6:30 p.m., Friday through Sunday. Work involves handling small, lightweight baby products, using pick sheets and RF scanners, and moving between picking, packing, labeling, and shipping areas. The environment emphasizes cleanliness, organization, and adherence to safety protocols, with a focus on teamwork and meeting daily production goals. Attire is typical warehouse workwear suitable for an active, hands-on role.

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Lockbourne, OH.
Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $19.00 - $19.00/hr.
