Night Shift Warehouse Order Selector – Dallas, TX Pay: $19.00–$20.00 per hour, depending on experience Location: Dallas, TX 75247 Schedule: Night Shift – 6:30 PM Start Job Type: Full-Time, Temporary-to-Hire Immediate Opening About the Opportunity InterAction24 is hiring an experienced Night Shift Warehouse Order Selector for an established food distribution facility in Dallas, TX. We're looking for a dependable warehouse professional with hands-on experience operating pallet jacks and forklifts, strong basic math skills, and the ability to work in refrigerated and frozen environments. This is a temporary-to-hire opportunity with the potential for permanent employment based on performance and business needs. Responsibilities Accurately pick, count, and prepare boxed food products for customer orders. Operate pallet jacks for daily order selection and forklifts when retrieving products from storage. Read product labels, order instructions, and case quantities accurately. Perform basic math calculations involving cases, pallet quantities, and order requirements. Maintain productivity, accuracy, and safe warehouse operations. Follow supervisor instructions and warehouse safety procedures. Required Qualifications Previous warehouse or order selection experience. Hands-on experience operating pallet jacks and forklifts. Ability to read and understand English-language product labels and instructions. Ability to perform addition, subtraction, multiplication, and division. Ability to pass a basic math assessment involving warehouse case and pallet calculations. Comfortable working in refrigerated and frozen warehouse environments. Reliable attendance and dependable transportation. Availability for night shifts with variable ending times. Previous food distribution experience is helpful but not required. Schedule and Working Conditions Night shift begins at 6:30 PM . Five shifts per week during a Sunday–Friday operating schedule. Saturdays and one additional day off each week. Shifts may last approximately 6–12 hours , depending on daily order volume. Work is performed in refrigerated and frozen warehouse environments. Candidates must dress appropriately for cold working conditions. Interview Process Qualified applicants will participate in an onsite interview and must successfully complete a basic math assessment.
