Night Shift Warehouse Order Selector

Job Summary As a Night Shift Order Selector, you’ll keep warehouse orders moving accurately and safely from picking through shipment. You’ll use warehouse equipment and scanning tools to select, pack, and stage products while following safety procedures and maintaining inventory accuracy. Your impact: Accurate order fulfillment ensures our customers get high quality produce and more delivered in an accurately and timely. Responsibilities Pick orders using forklift, or pallet jack, as authorized. Scan barcodes with an RF (radio frequency) scanner and use the warehouse management system to confirm selections and update inventory. Pack, label, and stage orders; support shipping and receiving, stocking, and load-and-unload tasks. Perform quality checks, report discrepancies, and keep work areas organized. Follow safety protocols and apply safe manual handling practices when lifting or moving materials. Must maintain a minimum picking rate of 40 cases per hour Shifts 8-10 hrs Off Saturday and one other day during the week Reading customer orders accurately Locating and selecting the specific warehouse items to fulfill the customer’s order Performing visual inspections of orders to ensure they are correct and ready for shipment Applying shrink wrap to the prepared order before shipping Labeling order shipments correctly for easy identification Following warehouse safety procedures for the operation of equipment, such as wearing proper clothing, safe food handling, and maintaining awareness of your surroundings and the other workers when transporting items Must be able to work in a fast paste environment Frequent lifting and carrying of boxes Qualifications Requires repeated stooping and bending Must be able to work in a refrigerated environment (35-55 degrees) Must be able to stand, walk, reach and lift repeatedly up to 50 lbs throughout shift Must be able to work scheduled, assigned times and required overtime for the position Pay: $640.00 - $800.00 per week Benefits: 401(k) 401(k) matching Dental insurance Health insurance Health savings account Life insurance Paid time off Retirement plan Vision insurance Work Location: In person
