Night Shift Shipping Associate C.B. Nichols Egg Ranch | Colton, CA Full-Time | $20.00/hour starting pay Schedule Sunday: 7:00 AM start Monday–Thursday: 5:00 PM start Friday & Saturday: Off Job Summary C.B. Nichols Egg Ranch is looking for a dependable Night Shift Shipping Associate to join our warehouse and shipping team. This position is responsible for staging and loading finished products, maintaining proper product storage and organization, and helping ensure products are handled safely and efficiently while meeting Company food safety and quality standards. Essential Duties & Responsibilities Organize, stage, palletize, and load finished products according to delivery schedules. Store and consolidate products and materials in designated locations. Ensure finished products and pallets are clean, properly handled, and meet food safety and quality standards. Safely operate pallet jacks and forklifts and perform required equipment safety checks. Maintain a clean, organized, and safe warehouse, cooler, dock, and shipping area. Follow Company SOPs, GMPs, and SQF food safety and quality requirements. Report food safety, quality, equipment, or safety concerns to management. Complete required shipping, safety, and regulatory documentation accurately. Work effectively with warehouse employees, truck drivers, management, and other departments. Participate in required safety and process training. Perform other duties as assigned. Qualifications High school diploma or GED preferred; equivalent education and experience may be considered. Previous warehouse, shipping, receiving, or cooler experience preferred. Ability to safely operate pallet jacks and forklifts. Basic math skills. Ability to read, understand, and follow SOPs and written instructions. Strong communication and organizational skills. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Dependable, self-motivated, and safety-conscious. Physical Requirements This position requires standing and walking for extended periods, reaching, bending, stooping, kneeling, and lifting and/or moving materials weighing up to 75 pounds . Employees may work in changing temperatures, humid conditions, and around moving mechanical equipment.
