Here's what we offer: Earn up to $22.00 per hour Potential for overtime Weekly pay Comprehensive benefits package, including: Medical, Dental, and Vision coverage with Health Care Reimbursement 401(k) with company match Free life insurance, short-term disability, long-term disability, and AD&D coverage Paid holidays and PTO On-the-job training and career development opportunities Uniform and tool allowances Your Role Schedule: 5:00 PM - 5:00 AM, Monday through Thursday As a Night Shift Parts Assistant, you will: Support technicians by locating and providing the correct parts needed for repairs Receive, stock, and organize inventory to maintain an efficient parts department Process warranty parts and related documentation Assist with inventory management and cycle counts Maintain accurate inventory records and ensure parts availability Help with trailer pick-up and delivery as needed Keep shelves, storage areas, and workspaces organized and safe Work closely with the service team to ensure repairs stay on schedule What You Bring to the Team Experience in heavy-duty truck, trailer, or fleet repair environments preferred Parts department or inventory management experience is a plus Valid driver's license required; CDL preferred but not required Strong organizational and communication skills Commitment to workplace safety and hazard recognition Ability to lift, carry, and move parts as needed Comfortable working independently during evening and overnight hours Familiarity with inventory management systems is a plus About Fleet Repair Solutions Fleet Repair Solutions isn't just a repair shop, we're a family.
