Schedule: 2nd Shift, Monday through Thursday 7:30 PM - 6:00 AM Responsibilities Wks within the Production & Logistics (P&L) Way, reads and follows verbal and standard written w k instructions (SWI), position standards, and standard operating procedures. Strengthens knowledge and ability associated with P&L Way attitudes & behavis, c e values, and excellent attendance. Practices safe wk behavi, including the utilization of proper safety equipment and adherence to safety guidelines. Identifies and crects escalates potentially unsafe situations/conditions. Complies with all Environmental, Health, and Safety (EHS) requirements; repts hazards, environmental risks, and incidents, uses required PPE; operates equipment safety, and helps maintain a safe and environmentally responsible w kplace. Demonstrates growing proficiency of a 100% mindset and takes ownership and responsibility of position/station. Demonstrates basic knowledge of the department’s c e processes and can execute assigned tasks with appropriate guidance, following established procedures and documentation. Meets the required competency certification standards f w kstations, areas and processes per the department skills matrix. Executes standard wk within takt and uses Andon with basic proficiency, exhibiting the courage to speak up, identify deviations, and initiate communication without hesitation. Exhibits the “Right from me” behavi . Basic understanding of continuous improvement and problem-solving methods. Active participant with 5S standards, good ganization of w kspace, and housekeeping. Active participant in learning safety methods and N mal Situation. Keeps department management, assembly team lead(s) and supervis(s) infmed of any issues challenges. Operates mobile equipment including f klifts, tuggers, and cherry pickers Operate electrical equipment i.e. overhead cranes Loading and unloading in/outbound material along with ganizing associated paperw k Accurately track, document and communicate invent y movements Shipping materials and components acc ding to daily plan. Other duties as assigned. Minimum Requirements 1 year of manufacturing, production, assembly, logistics, quality, related experience Additional Requirements Qualified candidates, excluding current employees, must be legally authized on an unrestricted basis (US Citizen, Legal Permanent Resident, Refugee Asylee) to be employed in the United States. We do not anticipate providing employment related wk sponsship f this position (e.g., H-1B status) Must be able to operate computer to complete required tasks (ERP, Avantis, Microsoft Excel, Outlook). Must be able to obtain and maintain a valid fk truck license. Physical Requirements (Ability to do the following up to 10 hours per shift): Walk, stand, sit, bend, twist/turn, kneel, squat, crawl. Climb using both legs and arms. Head/neck movement. Reach outward above the shoulder. Lift, carry, push, pull 15-45 pounds. Exposure to constant and intermittent noise, fumes, smoke and gases, solvents, paint, grease and oils, radiant energy, and slippery surfaces .
