Night Shift Fulfillment Supervisor

Overview Job description: Warehouse Supervisor is responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of a warehouse and monitoring the productivity of its staff. Duties and responsibilities include formulating policies, managing daily operations, and planning the use of materials and human resources. Accountable for the daily, weekly and monthly planning, preparation and performance of production operations. Responsible for ensuring that every order is processed is picked, packed, and shipped accordingly. Schedule: 40-50 hours per week. Night Shift The Warehouse Supervisor should be available and flexible to work weekends, overtime, double-time and some holidays if needed. Primary Responsibilities: § Assign workloads and daily tasks to Warehouse Associates, manage schedules and workflow § Oversee the production department to ensure products are properly picked and packaged according to the customers SOPs § Ensure materials are stored properly to conserve space and comply with safety procedures. § Monitor operational policies and procedures to ensure the most efficient and effective processing of delivery orders; control of damages, errors and mis-picks § Communicate with Warehouse/Freezer/Inventory/Operations management to ensure all product packaging pull and returns are carried out properly and are documented. § Identify and implement key metrics to champion continuous improvement while reducing costs and downtime Requirements: § 2-5 years of experience as warehouse team leader or supervisor in Third Party Logistics (3PL) required § Passion for working in a high-growth, entrepreneurial environment, with the ability to demonstrate personal commitment and drive to set and exceed high standards § Must be an effective communicator with the ability to collaborate across multiple levels in the organization. Must be good at follow up and ensure that timelines are met. § Must have good leadership skills and the ability to lead projects/tasks. § Experience with Labor, Order and Warehouse Management Systems (LMS, OMS, WMS) § Excellent communication and interpersonal skills § Continuous Improvement § Effective organizational and prioritization skills § Ability to work in cold temperature Work Environment: Cold and Busy Warehouse Environment Nutrifresh Services is an Equal Opportunity Employer.
