NIGHT SHIFT DUMP TRUCK DRIVER

Job Overview We are seeking a motivated and dependable NIGHT SHIFT DUMP TRUCK DRIVER to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will be responsible for safely operating heavy-duty dump trucks during overnight hours to transport materials efficiently across our work sites. Minimum 7 Hours paid for night shifts. Responsibilities Safely operate dump trucks during night shifts, ensuring compliance with all traffic and safety regulations. Load and unload materials using appropriate equipment, including forklifts when necessary. Conduct pre-trip inspections of trucks and equipment, identifying any mechanical issues or safety concerns. Maintain accurate logs of trips, loads, and material deliveries for record-keeping purposes. Assist with minor automotive repairs or troubleshooting to keep trucks in optimal condition. Coordinate with site supervisors and other team members to prioritize deliveries and optimize routes. Follow all safety protocols, including proper use of personal protective equipment (PPE) and adherence to site-specific procedures. Experience Proven experience operating dump trucks or similar heavy equipment in a commercial setting. Valid commercial driver’s license (CDL) with a clean driving record. Knowledge of forklift operation, freight handling, and heavy machinery safety standards. Ability to perform basic automotive repairs and troubleshoot mechanical issues. Familiarity with safety regulations related to heavy equipment operation and transportation. Prior experience working night shifts is preferred but not mandatory; a strong work ethic and reliability are essential. Pay: $28.00-$30.00 per hour Expected hours: 35.0 per week Work Location: In person
