Night Shift Dispatcher – Logistics Operations

Overview Job Description: We are seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Night Shift Dispatcher to support daily logistics operations. This role is responsible for coordinating drivers, tracking loads, communicating with customers, and ensuring safe and efficient overnight operations. Key Responsibilities: Dispatch and monitor drivers during night shift operations Track loads and provide real-time updates to customers and internal teams Coordinate pickups, deliveries, and schedule changes Maintain accurate records of tickets, BOLs, and operational data Communicate with drivers, vendors, and operations teams to resolve issues quickly Ensure compliance with company safety and logistics procedures Qualifications: Previous dispatching or logistics experience preferred Strong communication and problem-solving skills Ability to work in a fast-paced environment Basic computer skills (Excel, email, logistics software) Bilingual English/Spanish is a plus Benefits: Knowledge of oilfield or transportation logistics Experience with load tracking and scheduling systems How to Apply: Please submit your resume and a brief cover letter outlining your experience and qualifications for this position.
