Night Shift Dispatcher - 7 Days On / 7 Days off Rotation - 5PM to 5AM

NIGHT SHIFT - 7 DAYS ON, 7 DAYS OFF - 5PM TO 5AM - THURSDAY TO WEDNESDAY THP is a rapidly growing company executing critical transport operations for major producers in the oilfield, septic and sanitation industry. We are expanding our centralized dispatch desk and seeking a high-velocity, thick-skinned, and detail-oriented Logistics Dispatcher to command our fleet routing. This is not an entry-level customer service desk and having oilfield experience gives you a hand up. You will be managing a live grid of CDL drivers, coordinating heavy asset allocations, and protecting strict producer compliance windows in real time. Core Responsibilities: Fleet Command: Direct, route, and monitor a fleet of CDL trucks using advanced telematics (GoFleet/ConnectTeam) to maximize daily asset utilization. Producer Gatekeeping: Manage live portals and manifests for high-demand client accounts, ensuring 100% data compliance. Driver Oversight: Hold drivers strictly accountable to dispatch schedules, check-in windows, and standard operating procedures. The Hand-Off: Execute flawless shift-change logs so the incoming dispatcher has an exact, clear picture of active field assets. Billing Operations: Will do administrative tasks in regard to ticket corrections, approval, and rejections. Can advance to assisting in billing in the future. Qualifications: Previous logistics, trucking or CDL dispatch is highly preferred, but we will train the right tactical mind. Must be highly proficient with smartphones, simple computer skills and be able to quickly learn and monitor new electronic system. Must possess strong boundary-setting skills—able to deal with drivers firmly and professionally without getting rattled. Reliable transportation to our La Jose office.
