As a Maintenance Technician at Morgan Properties, you will: Be responsible for trouble-shooting service issues including, but not limited to, HVAC, general appliance, carpentry, electrical and plumbing. Respond promptly and efficiently to maintenance service tickets Communicate clearly and professionally with residents and office staff regarding repairs and updates Base Pay: $22.00 – $25.00 per hour ~ On-Call Appreciation: $15/day for holding the on-call phone ~ Medical, Dental, and Vision Benefits ~401(k) Retirement Plan with Company Match ~ Generous Paid Time Off, including 10 holidays per year and sick leave Monday – Friday: 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM ~ Active, valid driver’s license and a personal vehicle Established in 1985, Morgan Properties is a national real estate investment and management company headquartered in Conshohocken, Pennsylvania, with a corporate office in Rochester, New York.
