Duties Perform thorough cleaning and sanitizing of all kitchen equipment, dishes, utensils, and workstations in accordance with food safety sanitizing procedures. Receiving equipment coming off of trucks Cleaning dishes and/or washing supplies Organizing and putting dishes and/or supplies away Operate dish machine safely and efficiently Manage heavy lifting duties when organizing and handling large quantities of supplies or glassware. Maintain cleanliness in all areas of the kitchen but organizing, scrubbing floors and cleaning prep areas. Previous experience in food service or restaurant environments is highly preferred; familiarity with kitchen operations is a plus. Ability to perform heavy lifting safely and handle manual tasks efficiently throughout shifts. Familiarity with operating kitchen equipment such as dishwashers Excellent organizational skills with attention to detail in cleaning routines and food handling processes.
