Nicklas Supply Inc. is looking for a dependable Warehouse Associate to help keep our warehouse running smoothly and make sure our customers receive the right products when they need them. As a Warehouse Associate, you'll play an important role in our day-to-day operations. Depending on your role you will receive incoming shipments, organize and put away inventory, pick and pack customer orders, assist with inventory counts, and help keep the warehouse safe, clean, and organized. What We Are Looking For We're looking for someone who is reliable, hardworking, organized, and safety minded . You should be comfortable working independently as well as part of a team in a fast-paced, physical environment. What You'll Do As a Warehouse Associate, your work keeps the right kitchen, bath, and plumbing products moving from our docks to customers who depend on accurate, on-time order fulfillment. This full-time, onsite role supports shipping and receiving, inventory put-away, order fulfillment, inventory accuracy, and a steady, safety-first flow of materials. Key Responsibilities: Receive and unload shipments, inspect deliveries, and check orders for accuracy. Organize, label, and store products in the appropriate locations. Pick, pack, and prepare customer orders for pickup or shipment. Help maintain accurate inventory and participate in cycle counts and audits. Operate material-handling equipment safely and as required. Keep the warehouse clean, organized, and safe. Work closely with coworkers and supervisors to meet daily goals. Use computers, scanners, email, phones, printers, and inventory systems. Requirements: Valid PA driver's license and reliable transportation. Basic math and strong attention to detail and organizational skills. Ability to learn computer and scanning systems. Ability to lift, carry, push, or pull up to 50 pounds regularly. Comfortable standing and walking for much of the workday and performing physical tasks such as bending, squatting, climbing, reaching, and lifting. Comfortable working at heights. Preferred: Previous warehouse experience. Forklift or other material-handling equipment experience/certification. What You Can Expect This is an in-person, full-time position , Monday through Friday, 8:00 AM–4:30 PM, with overtime as needed. The warehouse environment can be physically demanding, with varying temperatures throughout the seasons and moderate to loud noise levels.
