As a Showing Partner/Buyer’s Agent, you’ll support buyers throughout the beginning of their search by scheduling and conducting property tours, maintaining consistent communication, and helping clients evaluate their options. This position includes practical training, ongoing support from an experienced team, and opportunities to advance into a full-time Buyer’s Agent role. We’re seeking a licensed real estate professional who is reliable, service-oriented, and motivated to develop their career within a collaborative, growth-focused environment. Responsibilities Graduate from PLACE Agent Launch Execute PLACE lead generations systems weekly Consult with buyers, convert with signed buyer agreements and identify homes Track tasks and activities in PLACE Technology Conduct two open houses monthly Convert prospecting and lead generation activities to appointments Participate in weekly script practice per team standards Participate in team activities per team standards Commit to weekly 1:1 coaching session, weekly trainings and Partner Call Demonstrate expertise on pricing strategies, staging and other listing related services Qualifications You are an intrinsically motivated sales professional with a competitive spirit. You are excellent at building rapport, listening to the needs of others and identifying solutions. Prospecting and lead generation are your strength zones. Overcoming objections comes naturally. You are a strong communicator and committed to service.
