New Inventory/ Accessories Manager - Clothing Rental Company

We are an online e-commerce clothing service for women located in Gardena, CA. New Inventory & Accessories ManagerAbout the Role We are looking for a New Inventory Manager to oversee our New Inventory & Accessories departments. This role reports to our Operations Manager and is responsible for making sure incoming inventory is received accurately, issues are resolved quickly, and the New Inventory team stays focused on daily priorities. Full training will be provided. Key Responsibilities Invoice Reconciliation: Review invoices on a weekly basis to confirm received quantities match what was ordered, and report any shortages or damages to vendors. Vendor Communication: Serve as the main point of contact for brands on receiving issues, including providing supporting documentation and coordinating return requests. Inventory Tracking: Maintain accurate records of expected versus received units in our internal tracking systems. Returns Management: Keep return records organized and up to date so all items sent back to vendors are properly tracked. Cross Team Communication: Work closely with the Buying team to flag product issues as they arrive and communicate any delays promptly. Team Leadership: Manage the New Inventory team by setting daily priorities, adjusting focus as business needs change, and providing coaching and feedback to help the team meet goals and maintain quality.
