Why This Fleet Short Runs: most loads are 2 days or less Western Lanes: 11 Western states, more miles available if you want them Regular Home Time: home every 2 weeks Company on the Road: riders and pets allowed after training The Paycheck $1,000 to $1,300 average weekly gross $1,000 weekly guaranteed pay for your first 3 months solo Up to 6 cents per mile performance bonus $15 stop pay, $20 assist unload pay, $80 for full hand unloads 1,700 to 2,100 miles per week How Training Works 4 to 6 weeks over the road with an experienced trainer Straight to full solo pay after you finish At least 120 hours at an accredited CDL school required Benefits Health, dental, and vision insurance after 30 days 401(k) with company match Paid time off $300 orientation pay on your first paycheck, travel to orientation covered Requirements Must be at least 21 years old with a valid Class A CDL Trainees welcome, no prior experience needed: just a valid Class A CDL and 120+ hours of CDL training Experienced drivers: 6 months OTR in the last 12 months, or 12+ months in the past 5 years Military experience considered with a valid DD214 No more than 2 moving violations in the last 2 years, no major preventable accidents in the last 5 years, no DUI/DWI in the past 5 to 10 years Must pass hair and urine drug testing Seats in the next class go fast.
