CDL-A Reefer Truck Driver - No Experience Required - $2,000/weekly Location: Ocala, FL GIBARA TRANSPORT LLC is hiring Class A CDL truck drivers for over-the-road refrigerated freight positions. Both experienced drivers and qualified recent CDL graduates are welcome to apply. Pay & Compensation Weekly Earnings: $1,800–$2,000 Average Solo Mileage: Approximately 1,900–2,500+ miles per week Short-Haul Pay: $100 flat rate Performance Bonus: Monthly Driver Performance Bonus for eligible drivers meeting program requirements Pay Guarantee: Three-month guarantee available after first solo dispatch, subject to program terms Home Time & Schedule Home Time: Every two weeks Route Type: Regional Freight Type: Reefer Shifts: Day and night driving Weekend Work: Required Holiday Work: Required based on operating needs Freight Handling: No driver unloading Driver Requirements Valid Class A Commercial Driver's License (CDL-A) Recent CDL graduates and qualified trainees accepted Experienced CDL-A drivers encouraged to apply Must meet applicable DOT medical and drug-testing requirements Must meet company driving record and safety standards Comfortable with overnight driving, weekend schedules, and extended OTR trips No additional endorsements required Job Responsibilities Transport refrigerated freight safely across assigned routes Complete required pre-trip and post-trip inspections Maintain accurate ELD records and driving logs Follow dispatch instructions and delivery schedules Comply with DOT regulations and company safety procedures Communicate with dispatch regarding load status and delivery updates Why Apply?
