VEHICLE PURCHASING AGENT | COMMISSION | ON-CALL Company: Glen Motors Job Type: Casual / On-Call Compensation: Commission per completed deal Location: Ontario, Canada Schedule: Flexible, as-needed basis ABOUT GLEN MOTORS Glen Motors works with a network of global partners to source and purchase new vehicles from dealerships across Canada. The vehicles are subsequently exported to our international partners worldwide. We are expanding our pool of reliable Purchasing Agents who can represent our purchasing operations at dealerships when opportunities become available. HOW THE OPPORTUNITY WORKS We handle the logistics behind every deal, including finding vehicles, coordinating with dealerships, booking appointments, and arranging payment for the vehicle. Your responsibility is to attend the dealership, act professionally as the purchaser, complete the required purchasing steps, and pick up the vehicle. STEP-BY-STEP PROCESS 1. WE ARRANGE THE DEAL: Our team locates the vehicle, coordinates with the dealership, books the appointment, and organizes the purchase. 2. WE CONTACT YOU: When an opportunity becomes available in your area, we reach out with the details. You decide whether you are available. 3. YOU ATTEND THE DEALERSHIP: You attend the dealership on our behalf, follow our instructions, and complete the required purchasing paperwork honestly and accurately. 4. YOU COMPLETE THE PICKUP: Depending on the dealership, some deals require two visits: one to sign the paperwork and another to collect the vehicle. 5. YOU GET PAID: Your agreed commission is paid in cash immediately at pickup once the agreed deal requirements have been completed. You do not need to find vehicles, arrange dealership bookings, or fund the vehicle purchase yourself. Glen Motors coordinates the transaction and payment arrangements. DEALERSHIP PAPERWORK AND EXPORT REQUIREMENTS Our vehicles are purchased for export to our partners around the world. Some dealerships prefer vehicles to be purchased by local customers because they hope to generate additional revenue through their service and parts departments over the vehicle's lifetime. As a result, certain dealerships may require purchasers to sign non-export agreements or other purchase-related declarations. Applicants must be comfortable reviewing the documentation required for an assigned transaction. All documents must be completed honestly, and applicants should only sign agreements whose terms they understand and are prepared to accept. Glen Motors has been involved in this business for approximately 15 years. We can provide a written agreement outlining the respective responsibilities and liability arrangements between Glen Motors and the Purchasing Agent. A separate agreement between Glen Motors and an agent does not automatically override obligations to the dealership. Applicable contractual restrictions must be respected. COMPENSATION AND FLEXIBILITY 1. COMMISSION ONLY: Earn a commission for each successfully completed deal. 2. IMMEDIATE CASH PAYMENT: Your commission is paid at the time of vehicle pickup once the agreed requirements are met. 3. NO MINIMUM OR MAXIMUM: You can complete 1 deal or 100 deals. The number is entirely up to you, subject to available opportunities and your availability. 4. FLEXIBLE SCHEDULE: No fixed shifts or guaranteed weekly hours. 5. NO VEHICLE FINANCING REQUIRED: Glen Motors arranges the funds for the vehicle purchase. This is an on-call opportunity, not a salaried position. Earnings depend on the number of deals you complete. IMPORTANT: FIRST DEALS MAY TAKE TIME Due to the high volume of interest and the number of agents in our network, it may take several weeks before your first deal becomes available.
