Job Description The Network Planning DSOR Consultant supports the Network Planning Decision Support and Operations Research Team by developing analyses and strategic recommendations that optimize Southwest’s network, schedule, and operational performance. They’ll lead the evaluation, implementation, and tracking of schedule initiatives while partnering with Commercial and operational Teams to ensure the Network Planning perspective is incorporated into key business decisions. They’ll transform complex data into actionable insights that support profitability, operational improvement, and long‑term business objectives. The Network Planning DSOR Consultant leverages strong analytical and problem‑solving skills to identify opportunities, influence decision‑making, and deliver data‑driven recommendations that drive Company performance.
