NetSuite MRP / Manufacturing Consultant - Remote
Tritium Power Solutions AUAbout Us Tritium Power Solutions is a hardware manufacturer of EV charging and power electronics products. We’re implementing MRP in NetSuite and need an experienced consultant to guide our Supply Chain, Planning and Operations team through design, configuration, testing and go-live. What You’ll Do Assess our current NetSuite setup and procurement/planning processes, and recommend an MRP design (Demand Planning, Supply Planning, or NetSuite Advanced Manufacturing as appropriate). Configure and validate item master settings: planning parameters, lead times, safety stock, reorder points, lot sizing, preferred vendors and sourcing rules. Set up and clean up multi-level BOMs, assemblies, routings and work orders. Configure supply planning so that it generates planned purchase orders, transfer orders and work orders, and train our buyers/planners to review and release them. Support data migration and cleansing (items, BOMs, vendors, open POs, inventory). Build saved searches, reports and dashboards for shortages, exceptions, open POs and supplier performance. Write test scripts, lead UAT, and support cutover and post-go-live stabilization. Write simple SOPs and run training sessions for planners and buyers. Must-Have Qualifications 5+ years of NetSuite experience, with at least 2 completed MRP/supply planning implementations in a manufacturing environment. Strong working knowledge of NetSuite Manufacturing (BOMs, assemblies, work orders, routings) and the Demand/Supply Planning modules. Solid understanding of MRP logic, procure-to-pay and inventory management. Experience with saved searches and dashboards; SuiteFlow/workflows a plus. Fluent written and spoken English; clear communicator with non-technical users. Able to work at least 3–4 overlapping hours with US Central Time (8:00 AM–5:00 PM CST) for meetings and working sessions. Nice to Have Experience with electronics or electromechanical manufacturing (PCBAs, sheet metal, multi-level BOMs). NetSuite certification (ERP Consultant, Administrator, or SuiteFoundation). Experience with multi-location or contract manufacturer / outsourced manufacturing setups. Familiarity with WMS or barcode integration. Engagement Details Type: Part-time, hourly contract. Hours: About 15–20 hours/week, with flexibility around key milestones such as UAT and go-live. Duration: About 3–6 months, with possible extension for ongoing support. Location: Remote. Offshore candidates are preferred and welcome, as long as they can meet the CST overlap. Company Overview Please visit https://tritiumcharging.com/ for more information
