eBusiness Solutions Inc.One of our clients in the government domain is seeking a highly skilled .NET Full Stack Developer to support application development initiatives within a designated project team consisting of an Application Development Manager, Project Manager, Technical Lead, Business Analyst, Database Analyst, and Quality Analyst. The selected candidate will work in an iterative development environment, participating in the full software development lifecycle from requirements analysis through deployment and support. .NET Full Stack Developer Location: 1980 W. Broad Street, Columbus, OH. Key Responsibilities Review and understand application team work plans and project plans. Participate in requirements gathering, analysis, and design review sessions. Design, develop, test, and implement applications according to business and technical specifications. Collaborate with technical team members to create application and system designs. Provide regular project status updates and delivery estimates to Project Managers and Technical Leads. Identify, track, and resolve project issues, risks, and technical challenges. Troubleshoot and resolve application, server-level, and performance-related issues. Develop and maintain complex backend business logic and application components. Support data conversion, system integration, and migration activities. Create and execute data mapping, transformation, import/export, and cutover plans. Work independently and collaboratively to meet project deadlines and deliverables. Required Qualifications Strong communication skills, both verbal and written. Excellent organizational, analytical, planning, problem-solving, and decision-making abilities. Experience collaborating across business and technical teams. Proven troubleshooting and issue-resolution skills. Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities in a deadline-driven environment. Experience designing, developing, and supporting enterprise-grade applications.
