NEMT Dispatcher

Healing Hearts Home Care is seeking a reliable and organized NEMT Dispatcher to assist with the daily coordination of our Non-Emergency Medical Transportation (NEMT) operations. Responsibilities: Dispatch and coordinate daily NEMT trips Communicate with drivers regarding pickups, drop-offs, cancellations, and schedule changes Monitor trips throughout the day to ensure timely service Communicate with transportation brokers when necessary Assign trips efficiently while minimizing unnecessary mileage and delays Update trip information and maintain accurate records Assist with resolving scheduling and transportation issues Communicate professionally with clients, drivers, facilities, and brokers Qualifications: Previous dispatching experience preferred NEMT dispatching experience strongly preferred Experience working with transportation brokers such as Modivcare and MTM is a plus Strong communication and organizational skills Comfortable using computers, scheduling systems, and multiple platforms Ability to multitask and make quick decisions Dependable and detail-oriented Must be able to work independently Schedule: Monday–Friday Job Type: Full-Time About Us: Healing Hearts Home Care provides ambulatory and wheelchair Non-Emergency Medical Transportation services.
