We believe every great bottle has a story, and we want a friendly, energetic storyteller behind our counter. The Role: More Than Just a Cashier Are you the go-to friend for dinner party pairings? Do you appreciate the difference between a crisp hazy IPA and a bold coastal Cabernet? We are looking for an outgoing Neighborhood Spirit Guide to keep our shelves stocked, transactions smooth, and customers smiling. While you’ll certainly master the cash register, this isn't your average mindless retail gig. If you have a knack for beer and wine and want to help us pick what lands on our shelves through product ordering , you'll fit right in. Your Day-to-Day Adventures The Matchmaker (Customer Service): Greet neighbors, swap recommendations, and help shoppers find the exact right bottle of wine, craft beer, or spirit for their occasion. The Curator (Ordering & Stocking): Help manage inventory, unpack new arrivals, keep displays sharp, and partner with management on product ordering for our aisles. The Gatekeeper (Cashier & Compliance): Handle POS transactions accurately and ensure safe, responsible age-verification with a welcoming attitude. The Stagehand (Store Maintenance): Keep the sales floor looking pristine, organized, and inviting. What We’re Looking For The Vibe: High energy, approachable, and genuinely love talking to people. The Knowledge: Beer and wine knowledge is a huge plus! (If you know your hops from your tannins, you’re already at the front of the line). The Experience: Prior retail, customer service, or cashier experience is required. The Muscle: Ability to stay on your feet and comfortably lift/move merchandise (up to 40–50 lbs cases) when stock rolls in. The Rules: Must be at least 21 years old. The Perks Competitive Pay: $17.00 – $23.00/hr, depending on what you bring to the table. Employee Perks: Sweet store discounts.
