Position Overview PopUp Smiles is seeking a highly motivated and adaptable National Traveling Logistics Coordinator to support our mobile dental operations across the United States. This is a full-time, hands-on position requiring extensive nationwide travel to coordinate the transportation, setup, breakdown, inventory, and operational readiness of our mobile dental equipment and supplies. The Logistics Coordinator plays a critical role in ensuring that each Dental Day is properly prepared, organized, and executed efficiently. The ideal candidate is proactive, detail-oriented, comfortable with physical work, and able to remain calm and solutions-focused in a constantly changing environment. Key Responsibilities Logistics & Field Operations Travel nationwide to support scheduled mobile dental events and field operations. Coordinate the transportation, delivery, setup, and breakdown of dental equipment, supplies, and operational materials. Ensure all equipment and supplies are available, organized, and ready before each scheduled Dental Day. Assist with loading, unloading, and safely transporting equipment and supplies. Coordinate logistics between multiple locations and assignments. Support efficient transitions between scheduled events and locations. Maintain clean, organized, and professional workspaces. Equipment & Inventory Management Track and maintain accurate inventory of dental equipment, supplies, and operational materials. Conduct routine equipment inspections and identify maintenance or repair needs. Coordinate equipment servicing, replacement, and troubleshooting with appropriate personnel.
