Location: South Florida Salary: $75,000–$85,000 Employment Type: Full-Time We are seeking a National Inventory Manager to own inventory accuracy, processes, and reporting across multiple locations. This is a hands-on role for someone who understands how inventory moves through an organization and can identify discrepancies, determine root causes, and implement better processes. You will work closely with warehouse, purchasing, logistics, and project teams to ensure inventory data is accurate and leadership has clear visibility into materials across the business. What You'll Do Manage and maintain inventory accuracy across multiple warehouse locations Monitor inventory levels, movements, transfers, and adjustments Lead cycle counts, physical inventories, and reconciliation processes Investigate inventory discrepancies and identify root causes Develop and improve inventory-control procedures and standard operating processes Maintain accurate inventory information within ERP/WMS systems Create inventory reports, KPIs, and dashboards for leadership Identify opportunities to improve inventory accuracy, organization, and efficiency Partner with warehouse, purchasing, logistics, operations, and project management teams Help standardize inventory practices across different locations Support material planning and ensure teams have accurate information regarding available inventory What We're Looking For 5+ years of experience in inventory control, materials management, warehouse operations, supply chain, or a related field Experience managing inventory across multiple locations or warehouses Strong experience with cycle counts, inventory reconciliation, variance investigation, and inventory accuracy Working knowledge of ERP and/or WMS systems Strong Excel and reporting skills Experience developing or improving inventory processes and procedures Ability to analyze inventory data and identify the cause of discrepancies Comfortable working cross-functionally with warehouse, purchasing, logistics, and operations teams Experience within manufacturing, building materials, construction products, distribution, or project-based operations is strongly preferred Bilingual English/Spanish required Ideal Background We are looking for someone who has gone beyond simply maintaining inventory. The ideal candidate has taken ownership of inventory accuracy, identified problems within existing processes, and implemented changes that produced measurable improvements.
