Step Into a Day on Our Floor – Byhalia, MS Sun up, equipment checked, plan in motion. You roll into the warehouse, conduct your pre-shift inspection on a Double Reach Truck, and line up your first move. Inbound trailers are waiting—using a Dock Stocker, you ease pallets off the truck and into the flow. A teammate signals an urgent order; you switch to the Order Picker, rise into the racking, and select the exact cases needed with accuracy and care. Throughout the shift, you store products where they belong, keep counts tight, and help the team crush the production plan—safely, efficiently, and together. What You’ll Tackle Operate Double Reach Trucks, Order Pickers, and Dock Stockers safely and efficiently. Load and unload materials from trucks and containers. Accurately pick and prepare orders for shipment. Ensure proper storage of products in designated areas. Conduct regular equipment inspections and report any maintenance needs. Adhere to all safety protocols and guidelines to maintain a safe working environment. Collaborate with team members to meet daily production goals. Maintain accurate inventory records and assist with cycle counts as needed. What You Bring Valid forklift certification for Double Reach Truck and Order Picker. Previous experience operating forklifts in a warehouse setting. Strong attention to detail and ability to follow instructions. Ability to lift heavy objects and perform physical tasks as required. Excellent communication skills and a team-oriented attitude.
