Responsibilities Perform a variety of nail services such as manicures, pedicures, gel nails, acrylic applications, and nail extensions with precision and care Apply color theory principles to create custom nail designs that match client preferences and trends Maintain strict sanitation and disinfection procedures to ensure a safe and hygienic environment for clients and staff Communicate effectively with clients to understand their needs, provide recommendations, and ensure satisfaction Upsell retail products like nail care tools, polishes, and skincare items to enhance client experience and salon revenue Stay updated on the latest industry trends in nail art, gel techniques, and new products to offer innovative services Assist with maintaining salon cleanliness, organization, and adherence to safety regulations at all times Qualifications Proven experience working in the beauty industry as a Nail Technician or similar role with a strong portfolio of nail art and design skills Knowledge of nail care techniques including acrylic application, gel manicures, nail extensions, and pedicure procedures Familiarity with salon safety protocols, sanitation standards, disinfection procedures, and cosmetology licensing requirements Strong communication skills to connect with clients professionally and confidently discuss service options Ability to perform detailed work efficiently while maintaining high standards of hygiene and safety Basic retail math skills for product upselling and inventory management Additional skills such as eyelash extensions, body waxing, hair styling or esthetic laser treatments are a plus but not required Embark on a rewarding career where your talent transforms everyday beauty routines into extraordinary experiences!
