This exciting role offers the opportunity to operate your own vehicle while providing exceptional customer service. Duties Safely operate a cargo or sprinter van to pick up and deliver packages across the United States Strap freight down using straps Ensure all deliveries are completed accurately, on time, and in excellent condition Provide outstanding customer service by engaging professionally with our dispatchers, clients, and brokers during drop-offs and pickups Maintain vehicle cleanliness Follow route utilizing maps efficiently, adapting to traffic or logistical changes as needed Provide pictures of freight loaded and unloaded, Pictures of scanned BOL'S Provide outstanding communication Experience Prior delivery driver experience Familiarity with technology utilizing apps Experience operating cargo vans Customer service skills that foster positive interactions with clients Valid <PERSON> driver’s license or equivalent commercial driving license (CDL) if applicable This role offers an energetic environment where your driving skills and dedication directly impact our customers’ satisfaction.
