Job Overview We are seeking a dedicated Dispatcher and Customer Service Representative to join our team. This role involves managing daily communication with clients and drivers, coordinating dispatch operations, and providing exceptional customer service. The ideal candidate will be bilingual in English and Spanish, ensuring effective communication with a diverse customer base. This position is essential for maintaining smooth operations, converting leads into jobs, and delivering outstanding support to our clients and team members. Responsibilities Manage incoming and outgoing phone calls efficiently, ensuring prompt and professional communication with customers, drivers, and potential clients. Coordinate dispatch activities by assigning jobs to drivers, monitoring progress, and ensuring timely service delivery. Provide excellent customer service by addressing inquiries, resolving issues, and maintaining positive relationships with clients. Convert leads into scheduled jobs through effective communication and follow-up. Maintain accurate records of dispatch activities, customer interactions, and job details. Collaborate with team members to optimize daily operations and improve service quality. Speak fluently in both English and Spanish to facilitate clear communication across diverse audiences. Experience Prior experience in customer service or dispatch roles is preferred but not mandatory; training will be provided for the right candidate. Strong phone communication skills are essential for managing calls professionally and efficiently. Bilingual proficiency in English and Spanish is required to effectively serve a diverse client base. Ability to multitask, stay organized, and handle high-pressure situations with professionalism.
