Whether you’re new to manufacturing or have prior experience, we have opportunities available for all skill levels. Training will be provided. 1. PRINT/CUT MACHINE OPERATOR ($17/hour): Operate printing equipment according to work orders and production instructions Prepare printers, and printing materials for production Load materials and monitor machines during the printing process Verify order details and ensure prints match production requirements Inspect print quality, color, placement, and accuracy Perform basic machine cleaning and routine operator maintenance Report printing defects, equipment issues, or material problems Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work area Work with the Print/Cut team to meet daily production goals Previous machine operating, printing, or production experience is a plus. 2. WAREHOUSE ASSOCIATE ($16/hour): Receive and inspect incoming shipments (verify quantities and product details against packing slips). Report damaged or incorrect items. Sort and store inventory in designed locations. Forklift driver experience is plus. Ability to lift, carry, push, or move up to 50 lbs General warehouse support. 3. ADMIN ASSISTANT: The Admin Assistant is the front-line support for PrintDash's Richardson office. This position is suited to an experienced administrative professional who is highly organized, personable, dependable, and capable of independently managing multiple priorities in a fast-paced print manufacturing environment. The ideal candidate has prior administrative or office support experience and is comfortable coordinating with employees, vendors, visitors, and leadership while maintaining a professional and organized office environment. RESPONSIBILITIES Facilities & Vendor Coordination Obtain and compare quotes from vendors for facility repairs and maintenance (garage doors, HVAC/AC systems, windows, plumbing, etc.) Serve as point of contact for vendor scheduling and follow-up on completed repairs Report facility issues to management and track resolution status Mail & Shipping Check and sort incoming mail daily; deliver to the appropriate departments or individuals Process outgoing mail and packages Manage the return process, including labeling, tracking, and coordination as needed Front Desk & Reception Greet visitors, vendors, and guests in a professional, welcoming manner Answer the door and direct visitors appropriately Maintain a clean, organized, and presentable front lobby/reception area Answer and route incoming calls as needed Hospitality & Meeting Support Pick up lunches for internal meetings as requested Prepare tea, coffee, and light refreshments for client or internal meetings Assist with meeting room setup and breakdown Cross-Department Coordination Communicate and coordinate events, projects, and tasks with appropriate departments Support company events and employee engagement activities as needed Other Duties Perform other administrative tasks as assigned by management QUALIFICATIONS & SKILLS Education: High school diploma or equivalent required; Associate's degree in Business Administration or a related field preferred, not required Experience: 2+ years of administrative, front desk, or customer service experience; recent graduates are encouraged to apply Technical Skills Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) Comfortable learning new scheduling, inventory, or purchasing systems Basic familiarity with standard office equipment (copier/scanner, phone systems) Core Competencies Strong verbal and written communication skills Professional, friendly demeanor with a strong customer service orientation High level of discretion and confidentiality, particularly when supporting executives Excel…
