Standard Job Description You will be the Multifunctional Manufacturing Planner Supervisor for Lockheed Martin Missiles & Fire Control in Archbald PA. Our team is responsible for overseeing material flow, inventory management, and shipping operations to support production excellence. As the Multifunctional Manufacturing Planner Supervisor, you will be responsible for all receiving material handling and shipping and receiving activities including any off-site warehousing. Your responsibilities will include, but are not limited to: Coordinate daily activities to ensure proper coverage of tasks to meet production needs Manage inventory control, cycle counting, material storage/movement and kitting activities Responsible to ensure safe work practices Demonstrate conflict resolution skills, build respectful and trusting working relationships, motivate and energize teams Experience in a materials organization and the ability to identify opportunities for improvement and demonstrated performance of implementation Government audits Work with and interact with other departments in a manufacturing environment Basic Qualifications Prior leadership experience Exceptional communication skills (verbal and written) Familiarity with lean manufacturing techniques Advanced Microsoft office suite knowledge and advanced computer skills Ability to define problems, collect data and make the necessary improvements Ability to operate a forklift / crane / hoist Must be able to work with contracts and Production control Background in AES filing Export and import experience a must Knowledge of government DD250 and 1149 paperwork Inventory Management experience a must Must be able to work OT when needed Must be able to work fast paced and under pressure Experience with transportation and shipping activities SAP experience Ability to obtain a secret security clearance - Must be a US Citizen Desired Skills Performance Management Team experience Experience with creating Statements of Work for services Experience with transportation and shipping activities Comfortable in a fast-changing environment Able to build and maintain respectful working relationships Motivational skills along with the ability to energize teams Self-motivated, works with minimal direction, comfortable giving and receiving feedback Must possess excellent organizational and leadership skills Strong conflict resolution skills Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks / projects in different phases Able to implement systems that enable workforce to understand and meet daily performance goals Background working with DCMA WM Apriso experience Pay Information Full-Time Salary Range: $65200.00 - $121200.00 At Lockheed Martin, we know mission success starts with taking care of our people.
