Hours: Monday - Friday, 7:30 AM - 4:00 PM or 8:00 AM - 4:30 PM Pay: $21.00 per hour Health & Wellness: Company-paid Life Insurance Policy and Employee Assistance Program; Medical, Dental, Vision; Supplemental Life Insurance; LTD/STD Retirement: Company-sponsored 401K Retirement Plan with company match Other Benefits: Paid Holidays and Paid Time Off Location: Dallas, TX, On-site position Department: Operations Reports To: Operations Manager OVERVIEW: The Materials Requirement Planner (MRP) ensures materials are available when needed for production and operations through inventory planning, data analysis, and customer service. This office-based role includes occasional physical tasks, such as inspecting inventory, and requires effective management of multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment. Responsibilities Maintain SAP master data (planning parameters: lead-times, batch sizes, safety stocks, etc.) to optimize the replenishment strategy and decrease the use of data outside of the system Plan and maintain inventory levels to meet production requirements Utilize SAP to monitor and manage stock levels Creation and change of plant data, storage views, warehouse management views, MRP views (Material master) Analyze stock reporting to minimize factory disruption due to improper stocking levels Coordinate with internal departments and suppliers to ensure the timely delivery of materials Collaborate on production planning to align material availability with operational needs Working with vendors to obtain RMA (Return Material Authorization) to return materials in need of repair Generating Purchase Requisitions Collaborate with other TI stockrooms worldwide to transfer stock to and from Identify inefficiencies in material planning and propose improvements Ensure compliance with company policies and regulatory standards in all material planning activities Qualifications Proven experience in materials planning, supply chain, or inventory management Proficiency in inventory management systems Strong analytical and problem-solving skills Excellent communication and vendor management abilities Certification in supply chain management Computer based knowledge, Excel, outlook, Word Familiarity with process improvement methodologies EQUAL EMPLOYMENT OPPORTUNITY On-Target is an equal employment opportunity provider.
