The MRO Supervisor is responsible for overseeing the procurement, inventory management, storage, and distribution of Maintenance, Repair, and Operations (MRO) materials required to support manufacturing and facility operations. This role ensures critical spare parts and maintenance supplies are available when needed while optimizing inventory investment, supplier performance, and operational efficiency. The MRO Supervisor collaborates closely with Maintenance, Production, Engineering, Purchasing, and Finance teams to support equipment uptime and continuous improvement initiatives. Key Responsibilities Supervise MRO storeroom personnel and inventory specialists Maintain accurate inventory of all tool crib items (i.e. tooling, gauges, fixtures, spare parts, consumables, etc.) Establish inventory control processes to ensure accuracy and material availability Facilitate and conduct cycle counts and physical inventories; investigate and resolve discrepancies Identify obsolete, excess, and slow-moving inventory and develop reduction plans Monitor stock levels, reorder points, and safety stock requirements Coordinate sourcing and procurement activities for MRO materials and services Negotiate pricing, delivery schedules, and service agreements Ensure availability of components needed for…
