MRO Stores Assistant

NOW HIRING – MRO STORES ASSISTANT Location: Orange, Texas CORE Project Management is seeking a motivated and detail-oriented MRO Stores Assistant to support maintenance operations at an industrial facility in Orange, TX. We are looking for a dependable individual with strong organizational skills, inventory management experience, and a commitment to safety and efficiency. Key Responsibilities: Assist with daily operations of the Maintenance, Repair & Operations (MRO) storeroom. Receive, inspect, organize, and issue maintenance materials, tools, parts, and supplies. Maintain accurate inventory records and assist with cycle counts and audits. Track material usage and support inventory replenishment. Coordinate with maintenance, purchasing, and warehouse personnel to ensure materials are available on time. Assist with purchase orders, receiving documentation, and inventory transactions. Maintain a clean, safe, and organized storeroom. Follow all company safety policies and procedures. Qualifications: Previous experience in inventory control, warehouse operations, or industrial storeroom management preferred. Familiarity with industrial maintenance parts, equipment, and MRO materials. Experience with SAP inventory management systems is a plus. Strong computer skills, including Microsoft Excel. Excellent organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills. Ability to work independently and in a team environment. Forklift experience is required. Experience in refinery, petrochemical, manufacturing, or industrial environments is a plus.
