Job Overview We are seeking a dynamic and detail-oriented Mozaik Programmer and Cabinet Designer to join our innovative manufacturing team. In this role, you will be responsible for creating precise cabinet designs using Mozaik software, programming CNC machines for production, and ensuring seamless integration between design and manufacturing processes. Your expertise will help us deliver high-quality, custom cabinetry solutions efficiently and accurately. Responsibilities Develop detailed cabinet designs using Mozaik software, ensuring accuracy and adherence to client specifications Program CNC machinery including CNC milling machines, CNC lathes, and press brake machines for manufacturing processes Read and interpret blueprints, technical drawings, and mechanical schematics to produce precise components Operate and troubleshoot CNC equipment such as Fanuc controllers and programmable logic controllers (PLCs) to optimize production workflows Utilize CAD software like SolidWorks to create or modify design models and assist in prototype development Conduct quality control checks using calipers, hand tools, and other measurement devices to verify dimensional accuracy Collaborate with the warehouse team for efficient packaging, assembly, and inventory management of cabinet components Skills Proficiency in Mozaik software for cabinet design and layout creation Strong knowledge of CNC programming, including experience with CNC milling machines, CNC lathes, and CNC controls like Fanuc systems Experience operating press brake machines and welding equipment for metal fabrication Ability to read blueprints accurately and translate them into manufacturing instructions Mechanical aptitude with solid understanding of machining processes, assembly techniques, and manufacturing standards Familiarity with CAD software such as SolidWorks for detailed design work Knowledge of programmable logic controllers (PLCs) for automation troubleshooting and programming Competence in using hand tools, calipers, basic math skills, and quality control procedures Warehouse experience including packaging procedures and inventory management practices Valid forklift certification or experience operating forklifts is a plus Strong communication skills to collaborate effectively across departments in a fast-paced environment Join our team as a Mozaik Programmer and Cabinet Designer if you’re passionate about combining technical expertise with creative problem-solving!
