UNIQUE MOVERSLocation: Minnesota | Local & Out-of-State Moves Job Type: Full-Time Pay: Competitive – Compensation discussed based on experience Position Overview Unique Movers is looking for reliable, hardworking Movers & Packers to join our team! Our crews handle residential and commercial moves throughout Minnesota as well as long-distance, out-of-state moves. In this role, you'll assist with packing, loading, transporting, and unloading customers' belongings safely and efficiently. We're looking for people who show up ready to work, take pride in doing the job right, and work well as part of a team. What We Offer Full-time employment Health insurance options Supplemental insurance options Opportunities for local and out-of-state work Pay based on experience and qualifications Team-oriented work environment Key Responsibilities Pack, wrap, and protect furniture and household items for safe transport Load and unload moving trucks and trailers Safely handle customers' belongings to prevent loss or damage Unpack and place items in designated areas at the customer's location Follow company procedures and safety standards on every job Maintain awareness of inventory throughout the move Communicate professionally with customers and team members Keep trucks, equipment, and work areas clean and organized Assist with warehouse and storage tasks as needed Work efficiently while maintaining safe handling practices Requirements Valid driver's license required (CDL is a plus!) Must be able to successfully pass a background check Ability to lift and carry heavy items, including items weighing 50–100+ lbs , throughout the workday Ability to perform physically demanding work, including lifting, carrying, stairs, bending, and extended periods on your feet Reliable transportation to and from work Dependable, punctual, and ready to work as scheduled Ability to work well with a team and take direction Strong communication and customer service skills Attention to detail when packing and handling customers' belongings Ability and willingness to work longer days when required by the moving schedule Willingness to travel for out-of-state moves when needed Preferred Experience Previous moving, warehouse, delivery, construction, or other physical labor experience is a plus, but we're willing to consider candidates who have a strong work ethic and are willing to learn. Experience with furniture handling, packing, dollies, moving equipment, trailers, and basic tools is also a plus.
