Drive Efficiency: Push and motivate the crew to keep a steady pace, stay organized, and complete jobs on time. Customer Point-of-Contact: Communicate professionally with clients on-site to address questions and ensure total satisfaction. Quality Control: Oversee proper wrapping, padding, loading, and packing inside pods and job locations to guarantee zero damage. Requirements: Previous moving experience required (1+ years preferred). Strong leadership abilities and experience managing or supervising a crew. Reliable transportation to transport yourself and team members to job/pod sites. Able to work alongside the team and lift 50+ lbs consistently. Background Check Required: We are a Fair Chance employer.
