When a family experiences a fire, smoke, or water loss, they are often dealing with a stressful and overwhelming situation. Our team helps by carefully handling, cleaning, and restoring their belongings—including textiles, electronics and appliances, and hard contents such as furniture and other household or business contents . Compassion, empathy, patience, and attention to detail are important qualities for this position. The successful candidate will be able to multitask, follow instructions, work independently when needed, and contribute positively to a team. General Job Duties Assist with job pick-ups, deliveries, and field coordination Communicate professionally and compassionately with customers Remove, pack, and move contents from homes and businesses, including full-house pack-outs Handle textiles, furniture, electronics, appliances, and other contents with care Sort and organize garments and other contents for restoration Move garments, boxes, bags, and contents throughout our facility Assist with post-construction and structure cleaning Perform general warehouse and production duties Participate in daily production meetings Other reasonable duties as assigned Requirements Valid driver's licence with no more than two traffic infractions within the last 18 months Ability to drive company trucks and cargo vans; trailer experience is an asset Successful background check Strong customer service and communication skills Organized, dependable, and able to learn and retain new procedures Ability to work well with others in a friendly and courteous manner Physically able to stand, walk, bend, kneel, reach, push, pull, and lift up to 40 lbs throughout the workday What We Offer Full-time, permanent employment $18–$25 per hour , based on experience and qualifications Monday–Friday, typically 8:00 a.m.–4:30 p.m. A supportive, family-oriented work environment Training in a specialized and growing industry The opportunity to make a meaningful difference for people in our community Job Type: Full-time Pay: $18.00-$25.00 per hour Benefits: On-site parking Application question(s): Do you live in South Calgary or close to Okotoks, Aldersyde or High River?
