Mover/Packer laborer

Job Overview All in 1 Homestead is looking for reliable, hard-working Moving Laborers to join our growing team. In this role, you will provide premium, labor-only moving assistance directly at our clients' residential properties.There is no commercial truck driving required for this position. However, because our jobs take place at different residential locations daily, you must have your own reliable personal vehicle to travel to the job sites or coordinate picking up a fellow crew member.Key Responsibilities Load and Unload: Safely lift, carry, and maneuver heavy household furniture, boxes, and appliances out of homes and into customers' container units or rental trucks. On-Time Travel: Drive your personal vehicle to scheduled customer home addresses reliably and on time daily. Location Tracking & Tech: Maintain a working smartphone with a functioning camera to document jobs and allow real-time location tracking during active work hours for dispatch and safety compliance. Property Care: Handle all client items with extreme care, ensuring zero damage to the furniture, walls, or doorways during the move. Position Requirements Reliable Transportation: Must own a reliable personal vehicle and hold a valid driver's license to travel directly to job sites daily. Physical Stamina: Ability to lift, push, pull, and carry 75+ lbs consistently throughout the day, including navigating stairs with heavy objects. Tech-Ready: Must possess a smartphone with a working camera and be willing to utilize a company location-tracking app during your shift. Dependability: A rock-solid track record of showing up on time. Our clients rely on tight moving schedules. Job Details, Pay, & Perks Job Type: Part-Time / Full-Time / Weekend Availability Pay Rate: [Insert Hourly Rate, e.g., $18 - $22 / hour] + Tips Mileage Reimbursement: We pay you for miles driven to the job site in the morning, as well as any travel going from one job site to another throughout the day!
