Duties Safely load and unload items using manual handling techniques and material handling equipment such as pallet jacks and carts Pack, wrap, and secure goods to prevent damage during transit Assist with moving furniture, boxes, and other items within warehouse or client locations Operate delivery vehicles such as box trucks or vans, adhering strictly to traffic regulations and DOT (Department of Transportation) standards Load and unload materials from trucks efficiently while maintaining safe lifting practices Support warehouse operations by organizing inventory, labeling packages, and maintaining cleanliness Use mobile devices to track deliveries, update logs, and communicate with team members effectively Experience Previous warehouse experience or moving experience is highly preferred Valid commercial driving license with experience in driving box trucks or vans Experience in delivery driving or courier services involving route driving and customer interaction Familiarity with manual transmission vehicles is a plus Knowledge of safe lifting practices, heavy lifting techniques, and weight handling in the workplace Ability to operate material handling equipment such as pallet jacks safely Strong understanding of adhering to traffic regulations, DOT regulations, and safety protocols during transportation This role is ideal for motivated individuals who thrive on physical activity, enjoy helping others through moving services, and are committed to safety and customer satisfaction.
