Mover/Packer Delivery Driver

Job Overview We are seeking an energetic and reliable Mover/Packer Delivery Driver to join our dynamic team. In this 4 day work week role, you will be responsible for safely transporting, loading, and unloading goods while providing exceptional customer service. Your day will involve coordinating deliveries, handling materials with care, and ensuring timely and accurate delivery to our valued clients. A strong focus on safety, adherence to traffic regulations, and efficient route management are essential to succeed in this role. Duties Safely operate box trucks for delivery routes while adhering to all DOT (Department of Transportation) regulations and traffic laws Load and unload items using manual handling techniques, pallet jacks, or material handling equipment such as furniture dollies Pack items securely to prevent damage during transit and ensure proper weight distribution for safe driving Deliver goods directly to customers’ locations, providing friendly and professional customer service throughout the process Maintain accurate delivery logs using mobile devices updating status and documentation promptly Plan efficient routes for timely deliveries, managing route driving responsibilities effectively Assist with warehouse operations including inventory management, manual handling of materials, and maintaining a clean work environment Qualifications Proven experience in delivery driving, moving, or warehouse operations with a focus on manual handling and heavy lifting Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record; experience with commercial truck driving is a plus Experience operating box trucks, vans, for delivery purposes Knowledge of DOT regulations, traffic laws, and safe lifting practices in the workplace Ability to operate material handling equipment such as Furniture dollies Strong organizational skills with the ability to follow detailed routes and schedules accurately Excellent customer service skills with a professional attitude and clear communication abilities Join us if you’re ready to move your career forward by delivering excellence every day!
