We specialize in residential moving, loading and unloading, interstate moving, heavy lifting, storage moves, and other moving-related services. We are looking for dependable, hardworking, motivated individuals who take pride in their work and want to grow with our company. Job Responsibilities Load and unload moving trucks, trailers, and storage units. Safely move furniture, appliances, boxes, and household belongings. Properly wrap, protect, and secure customers’ belongings. Assist with residential, commercial, and interstate moving jobs. Follow instructions from the assigned Crew Manager. Communicate with management regarding job progress and completion. Take before-and-after job photos when authorized. Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work environment. Treat customers and their belongings with professionalism and respect. Report damaged items, safety concerns, and incidents immediately. Follow company procedures for obtaining and reporting customer payment codes. Assist other crew members to ensure jobs are completed efficiently. Job Requirements Must be reliable, punctual, and professional. Must have 100% travel availability for assigned moving jobs. Must have dependable transportation to assigned meeting locations. Must be available for flexible schedules, including weekends when needed. Must be able to perform physically demanding moving duties, with or without reasonable accommodation. Must demonstrate strong teamwork and communication skills. Must follow all company safety procedures. Must maintain a positive attitude and strong work ethic. Previous moving experience is preferred but not required. Work Schedule Phil’s Moving Company LLC operates on a customer-booking schedule. Work hours vary depending on scheduled moving jobs. Morning, afternoon, evening, and weekend shifts may be available. Some jobs may require extended hours or travel. Employees must communicate their availability to management. Employees are expected to arrive on time for every accepted assignment. Compensation & Incentives Competitive hourly compensation based on the agreed pay rate. Additional driver incentives for eligible employees. Travel-time compensation when applicable. Additional bonus opportunities for qualifying jobs lasting 8 hours or longer. Opportunities for advancement into Crew Manager and leadership positions. Specific pay rates, bonus eligibility, and payroll schedules will be provided during the hiring process. Company Policies & Expectations All employees are expected to: Arrive on time and prepared to work. Maintain consistent communication with the Crew Manager. Respect all customers, coworkers, and personal belongings. Refrain from smoking while working at customer job sites. Follow safe lifting and moving procedures. Notify management immediately of any scheduling conflicts. Follow all attendance, conduct, and company policies.
