Little Justin’s Moving Company Mover / Packer – Multiple Positions Available Employment Types: Part-Time | Seasonal | As-Needed Overview Little Justin’s Moving Company has proudly served customers for 18 years, providing reliable, professional moving services with a focus on customer satisfaction, safety, and care. We are looking for dependable, hardworking individuals to join our team for residential and commercial moves, packing, loading and unloading, storage moves, and portable storage container services. We offer flexible employment opportunities for individuals seeking part-time work, seasonal employment, or as-needed assignments. Previous moving experience is preferred but not required. We value reliability, a strong work ethic, teamwork, and a professional attitude. Responsibilities Safely load and unload furniture, boxes, household goods, office equipment, and other items. Pack, wrap, and protect furniture and belongings for transportation. Assist with residential and commercial moves, storage moves, PODS, U-Boxes, and other portable storage containers. Follow proper lifting techniques and safety procedures. Protect customers’ homes, property, and belongings throughout the moving process. Assist with furniture disassembly and reassembly when needed. Work efficiently with team members to complete jobs professionally and on schedule. Provide courteous customer service and maintain a professional appearance and attitude. Maintain clean, organized, and safe work areas and equipment. Follow instructions from crew leaders and management. Qualifications Dependable, punctual, and motivated. Able to perform physically demanding work, including lifting, carrying, bending, and standing for extended periods. Comfortable working as part of a team in a fast-paced environment. Strong communication and customer service skills. Willingness to follow directions and established safety procedures. Previous experience in moving, packing, warehouse work, delivery, or general labor is a plus. A valid driver’s license and driving experience are preferred for applicable positions. Flexible Scheduling We are hiring for multiple positions with varying schedules and job assignments. Opportunities include part-time, seasonal, and as-needed work. Availability, hours, and assignments will depend on customer demand and scheduling needs. Hours are not guaranteed for as-needed positions. Compensation & Customer Tips Compensation will be discussed during the hiring process and will depend on the position and assignment. Customers may occasionally provide tips in appreciation of excellent service. Tips are additional income when received and are not guaranteed.
