We're looking for hardworking, dependable individuals to join our team and grow with our business. Job Responsibilities Arrive on time at customer homes and job sites. Safely lift and carry items weighing up to 100 pounds individually and team-lift items weighing up to 200 pounds, using proper lifting techniques and assistance as needed. Load, unload, and transport furniture, appliances, boxes, and other household belongings. Protect customers' furniture, floors, walls, and property throughout the moving process. Provide friendly, respectful, and professional customer service. Work efficiently with other team members to complete moving jobs. Work indoors and outdoors in varying weather conditions, including hot and cold temperatures. Requirements Ability to safely lift and carry up to 100 pounds individually and team-lift up to 200 pounds. Reliable transportation to and from job sites. Dependability and punctuality are a must. A strong work ethic and positive attitude. Ability to follow safe lifting procedures and handle customers' belongings with care. Comfortable with physically demanding work and changing weather conditions. Professional, respectful communication with customers and coworkers. Willingness to learn and work as part of a team. Moving experience is a plus, but not required. We are willing to train the right people! Leads are required to have moving experience, but can train you to become a lead!
