Mover Helper / Laborer (Temporary / On-Call)
Anaries LLCJob Overview Anaries LLC is hiring Mover Helpers / Laborers to assist with moving, loading, unloading, and general labor tasks. This role is ideal for individuals who are dependable, physically capable, and ready to work in a fast-paced environment. You will be part of a team handling residential and commercial moves, as well as job site support when needed. Responsibilities Assist with loading and unloading trucks, ensuring items are handled carefully and securely Help move furniture, boxes, and equipment safely using proper lifting techniques Maintain a high level of customer satisfaction Maintain a clean and organized work environment during each job site visit Follow safety protocols diligently to prevent injuries during heavy lifting or manual handling tasks Follow crew leader instructions on job sites Requirements Ability to perform heavy lifting and physically demanding tasks throughout the shift Prior experience in moving, warehouse work, or related labor roles is a plus but not required Customer service skills to communicate effectively with clients and team members Must have a good attitude and strong work ethic Ability to follow instructions and work as part of a team Must be reliable and punctual Physically able to lift 50+ lbs repeatedly Must have transportation to job sites Legally authorized to work in the United States Previous moving or labor experience is a plus (not required) Willingness to work flexible hours on an on-call basis in a fast-paced environment Schedule: On-call / project-based work Typical shifts: 4–10 hours depending on job Weekday and occasional weekend work Join us today and help make every move smooth and successful!
