Part-Time Home Staging Assistant / Furniture Mover Company: SinghG Staging Job Type: Part-Time Pay: $20–$22 per hour (depending on experience) Location: Kent, WA, with travel to staging locations throughout Pierce, King, Snohomish, Kitsap Counties Job Overview Singhg Staging is looking for a reliable, hardworking, and physically capable part-time Home Staging Assistant to help with the transportation, loading, unloading, and placement of furniture and home décor at residential properties. This position involves selecting furniture and décor from our storage, loading items into a trailer or vehicle, transporting them to homes, and organizing and placing them in designated rooms to prepare properties for sale. We are looking for someone who is organized, detail-oriented, dependable, and comfortable with physical work. The ideal candidate can work efficiently as part of a team, follow instructions, and help ensure each home is staged professionally. Key Responsibilities Select and retrieve furniture, artwork, and home décor from storage based on the requirements of each staging project. Load and unload furniture, décor, and other staging materials from trailers and vehicles. Transport staging inventory to residential properties throughout King and Pierce Counties. Organize and distribute furniture and décor into designated rooms and spaces within each home. Assist with arranging furniture, placing décor, and preparing homes for professional photography and real estate showings. Safely handle, move, and protect furniture and staging inventory to prevent damage. Assist with packing, removing, and returning staging items to storage after projects are completed. Keep storage areas, trailers, and staging inventory organized and clean. Work collaboratively with the staging team to complete projects efficiently and on schedule. Follow instructions and maintain a professional and respectful attitude when working at clients' properties. Qualifications & Requirements Valid Washington State driver's license. Valid auto insurance in Washington State and the ability to provide proof of coverage. Physically capable of lifting, carrying, loading, and unloading furniture and staging materials. Reliable transportation to and from the designated meeting location. Strong organizational skills and attention to detail. Dependable, punctual, and able to follow directions. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Previous experience in moving, furniture delivery, warehouse work, home staging, or a similar position is preferred but not required. Work Schedule This is a part - time, flexible position with work scheduled according to upcoming home staging projects. Hours may vary from week to week depending on the number and size of projects. Some projects may require morning starts, and occasional availability on weekends may be needed. Compensation $20–$22 per hour, depending on experience. Part-time hours based on scheduled staging projects. Opportunity for additional hours as the business grows.
