Mover Move It Moving Company — Fort Worth, TX $16–$25 per hour + tips + performance bonuses Move It is building a strong, dependable moving team in Fort Worth and across DFW. If you like physical work, working with different people every day, being part of a team and having your performance actually matter, this may be a good fit. We run our crews more like a performance team than a traditional moving company. Reliability, communication, customer reviews and your ability to get the job done all create opportunities to earn more and take on more responsibility. Compensation Helpers start at $16/hour . Qualified drivers start at $20/hour . Our most consistent top performers can earn up to $25/hour . Customer tips are additional and can be significant, but are never guaranteed. We also offer performance incentives, including a $100 crew bonus after five consecutive 5-star moves where the crew is recognized by the customer . Crew members can also earn referral bonuses for helping us find great workers and referring moving customers to the company. What You'll Do You will work with a Move It crew helping customers throughout the DFW area. Typical work includes: Loading and unloading moving trucks, trailers and storage containers Moving furniture, boxes and household items safely Protecting customers' belongings and property Furniture assembly and disassembly when required Working efficiently with your crew partner Communicating professionally with customers Following dispatch instructions and job details through the Move It app Keeping the company informed about arrival, job progress and completion Helping deliver the kind of service that earns repeat customers and 5-star reviews This May Be a Great Fit If You Are dependable. Show up when you say you will. Can communicate clearly with customers and your team. Are comfortable doing physically demanding work. Like working in a fast-paced environment. Take pride in doing excellent work even when nobody is standing over you. Moving experience is helpful, but it is not required for the right person. Schedule We build crews around three general work blocks: Morning Crew Approximately 7 AM–12 PM Afternoon Crew Approximately 12 PM–5 PM Evening Crew Approximately 5 PM–9/10 PM Applicants who can consistently work multiple blocks may have access to more opportunities. Work volume varies based on customer bookings. Technology Move It uses its own technology for crew availability, job assignments, communication, dispatch and active-job coordination. Crew members must have a working smartphone and be willing to use our dispatch system while working assigned jobs. Growth We are looking for more than people who can lift furniture.
