Mover/Driver Lead Metro Moving Central Arkansas $17.00 – $20.00 per hour Job Summary: The Move Lead is responsible for overseeing a small team of movers on-site, ensuring that each move is executed efficiently, safely, and to the customer’s satisfaction. This role requires leadership, problem-solving, and strong communication skills. Key Responsibilities: Lead and coordinate the moving crew during jobs Communicate with customers to confirm move details and address concerns Ensure proper handling, packing, and loading of items Monitor team performance and provide on-the-job training as needed Complete job paperwork and inventory documentation Report any issues or incidents to the Move Supervisor Confirm and ensure all moving supplies ( Pads, boxes, dollies, etc.) are on the trucks Keep inventory of supplies and replenish when needed. Qualifications: 1+ years of moving or logistics experience Proven leadership or team coordination experience Excellent communication and customer service skills Ability to lift heavy items and work in various weather conditions Valid driver’s license required; CDL is a plus Job Type: Part-time Pay: $17.00 - $20.00 per hour People with a criminal record are encouraged to apply License/Certification: Drivers License (Required) Ability to Commute: Maumelle, AR 72113 (Required) Work Location: In person
