Mover / Driver / Crew Leader

Job Overview We are seeking a dynamic and energetic Mover / Driver / Crew Leader to join our team! Responsibilities Safely operate box trucks, adhering to all traffic laws and safety regulations (Driver/Crew Leader) Lead and supervise a crew of movers, providing clear instructions and motivating team members to perform at their best Load and unload customer belongings efficiently using proper techniques. Load, secure, and transport furniture, appliances, and other household or commercial items with care to prevent damage Properly Wrap and Protect household goods. Provide excellent customer service by communicating professionally with clients Assist with heavy lifting tasks involving manual labor to ensure safe handling of items during moves Maintain accurate documentation of deliveries, inventory, and vehicle logs for operational efficiency (Driver/Crew Leader) Experience Previous moving experience is desired but not required we offer training. Prior experience in driving moving trucks is highly desirable, especially with box trucks or similar vehicles is desired but not required. Proven ability in heavy lifting, moving furniture or appliances Commercial driving experience with a valid driver’s license Customer service background demonstrating professionalism and strong communication skills Warehouse experience is a plus, highlighting familiarity with loading/unloading procedures and safety protocols Join us as a vital part of our team where your expertise, leadership qualities, and dedication to service will make a real difference!
